You’ve fallen into such despair
A soul damaged past repair
No words have passed your lips
Only riddles on your fingertips
Eyes like an undefined maze
Fearing any welcoming gaze
Distorted voices disassemble
Making your brain tremble 
Unrequited love that will haunt 
Anguishing in the very want
From things you have seen
Unknown to eyes so green
Running so far away
No where else to go, no where to stay
You’ve drowned in your sadness
Given into your madness…
I watched you suffer for me
Won’t you hear my plea
I cannot cry another tear
I just want you near
As I look to the skies above
Wanting to confess my love
Because, no matter what
This feeling deep in my gut
Will keep me with you here
Until we are forgotten and disappear

Skyward Tragedy

Soaring high above
This deep blue sky I love
Flying through the clouds
Like white cotton shrouds
With someone whom I trust
As we race through the gust
The smiles and laughs we share
Seems we’ve nothing to despair
But, as an ominous wind blows
A terrible beast arose
Sweeping away what I hold most dear
I shed not but a tear
Not a second can I afford
So upon this sword,
I swore…

A countdown clock lingers
Not a second to waste
As the arms punish
The pain intensifies
With each lost breath
Something has to compensate
This ever growing fear
Shrouding what should be so clear
But voices are doomed to whispers
Echoing in the evening wind
Like the night hidden by day
It shouldn’t be this way
That echo that’s yearning,
Yearning to be noticed
By someone, somewhere
Soon, very soon
Is yours, truely…

A feeling left empty
As fragmented pieces
Are cascading about
Somewhere out there
One is mine…
One is yours…
Are you seeking?
Am I to be found?
Those cruel arms
That tick away the seconds
Seconds most precious
Deciding whether we can be…
Or we can’t be…
It’s a decision made
Or lost to what could have been
You may not know it…
And neither may I…
But fragments are always part
Of something much larger
With a little time
They always fit together

Bound

This dark, inescapable place
Did we fall far from grace?
With this ominous cloud
That follows us all around
As pain that plagues
Deep down cascades
Like the fear we feel
Is all too real
We’re bound by these chains
But, by the blood flowing in these veins
We’ll elude these shadows cast
For as long as this heart will last
A promise made
Simply just cannot fade
